Comisarii au constatat c\u0103 societatea nu respect\u0103 obliga\u021biile legale, de ecologizare. &#8222;Comisarii G\u0103rzii de Mediu Gorj efectueaz\u0103 periodic controale la sondele de extrac\u021bie a \u021bi\u021beiului care sunt abandonate \u0219i supuse unor lucr\u0103ri de \u00eenchidere \u0219i ecologizare. Pe raza localit\u0103\u021bii Cru\u0219e\u021b, la anumite sonde aflate \u00een faza de ecologizare, au fost constate abateri de la legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare, referitor la trasabilitatea de\u0219eurilor, dar \u0219i la modul cum se execut\u0103 lucr\u0103rile de ecologizare ale terenurilor aferente obiectivelor petroliere.
